Broward County is pleased to announce the return of our popular Residential Irrigation Rebate Program (RIRP) program starting in June 2020. Four types of rebates available for upgrading your outdoor irrigation (up to $600).

Upgrade for Efficiency Irrigation Rebate Options:

In the Zones Restore zone balance by replacing sprays with multi-stream nozzles and pressure regulating sprinkler (PRS) bodies or adding sprays/rotors to zones to eliminate head mixing and improve efficiency. Using PRS bodies is mandatory. Up to $300.

Get Smart Bring any mechanical system into the Wi-Fi age with this upgrade that rebates new solenoid valves and an EPA WaterSense-labeled weather-based (smart) irrigation controller. System design must meet special criteria. Up to $500.

VIP Upgrade Already have a digital irrigation controller with solenoid valves? Take the next step and add an EPA WaterSense-labeled weather-based irrigation controller. System design must meet special criteria. Up to $200.

Mix and Match Improve zone design AND upgrade to an EPA WaterSense-labeled weather-based irrigation controller. Up to $600.
